How did it start…

SW Chelsea was founded in 2009 specialising in refurbishment projects within both the residential and commercial sectors. Over the last ten years SW Chelsea have expanded into main contracting and now offer a full range of construction services from feasibility to completion stage.

We pride ourselves on our friendly, approachable and reliable manner, values which are promoted through our business and our team.

Aleksander Prendi

Aleks has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and began his career as a carpenter working with Tier 1 contractors on Flagship developments in London and the Southern Counties. Aleks is the founder of SW Chelsea and prides himself on his core business values being adopted and practiced by the rest of the team.

Aleks is directly involved in all projects offering SW Chelsea’s clients top level support that they need.
